RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Petzivo, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at adm.furzone@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
